buying a ticket from the airline?
These tickets are to a large extent parallel to tickets you would buy from the airlines directly. You can request for special meals, catch advanced seat assignments and more or less always accrue frequent flyer mileage. An added advantage is that these tickets are often refundable with some penalty.

You can pay through your Credit Card / Debit Card. You can also pay the amount in our office or pay in our account directly.
3. How and when will I receive my
ticket?
The request for tickets will be processed within about 1 business day. Your ticket will be shipped to with 5 Days via FedEx or similar service if it is a Paper Ticket. In these cases an Email confirmation for the issue of your e-tickets will be sent which you will have to print for check in.

4. What if I need to cancel or
change my ticket?
If you need to cancel or change your ticket before you leave then please inform us immediately by phone. In certain cases the tickets are refundable deducting a minor amount for cancel fee. If the ticket is refundable, the terms of this case will be disclosed to you on the page where you enter your credit card information. If you need to make a change before we will have to get the ticket back before your departure date and make the amendments as needed. When the changes are confirmed there will be a fee charged by the airline. If you need to make a change after departure date which is permitted as well, you need to bring your tickets to the airline office or the airport at your destination and they will make the changes for you. There will also be a change fee involved (usually $250) and the same booking class will also have to make available for this change. All of the above changes are the same to what the airlines will charge if you bought a ticket from the airport directly. However usually the airlines will not allow you to get your ticket refunded - which we do offer (with the applicable penalty).

6. Why does a price show however
when I go to book it tells me that there is nothing available for that
date?
Our flight search and comparison engine is different from others. We mostly show you the cheaper rates that we have without taking availability into account. The next step is to see if seats are available for that specific price. This way you will be able to know the lowest fares available in the market. If it is not available you can then change dates to get the advantage of the low fare or simply select a higher one, while the airlines quote you a price they never tell you that if you leave the day before you may have saved $500. Wouldn't it be nice to know this in advance? We try to do this.
